My work lives at the intersection of art and purpose, guided by a simple question: How can I make someone else’s life better, even just a little bit?

From multimedia and music production to story-driven nonprofit initiatives and educational projects, my work connects people and ideas in creative, meaningful ways. Below is a sample of how I explore that question in practice.

Music

Over the past decade, I’ve contributed to the release of more than 100 records - supporting artists and projects through production, management, and creative collaboration. Below is a sampler of select singles, EPs, and albums I’ve helped bring to life.

As of October 2025, the Quarterly Recording Grant has provided over 25 artists with free studio time to record and release a song that they wrote. I facilitate this grant.

In 2025, I was awarded a Creative B Grant to facilitate a weeklong residency about translating research into music with Smithsonian Folkways artist, Dr. Julian Saporiti. Over 200 participants engaged in the week’s activities.

Through Self Narrate, I helped produce the Voices of Gainesville project with the NAACP Alachua County Branch. We collected and shared stories from Gainesville residents that spoke to disparities in employment, criminal justice, education, housing and poverty.

Books I Wrote and/or Edited

Writing your story can be difficult. Break Your Invisible Chains, co-authored by Brandon Telg, Dr. Jaron Jones, and Carly Barnes, is an active journaling guide created to help you write your story for the first time. Break your invisible chains, and own your own story to become the most powerful and authentic version of yourself.

Stories and songs. Memories and music. These are inextricably linked in life.Life Records is a curated collection of stories from normal people, just like you and me, and how music has affected them at different moments in their lives. Music tends to tie itself to some of our deepest feelings, both happy and sad, so what you will find reading these stories is a treasure trove of people’s most meaningful moments.

The Stories We Tell is a collection of personal stories from members of the Gainesville, Florida community. Stories of Transition, Stories of Resilience, and Stories of Transformation are only a few of the amazing stories you'll find in The Stories We Tell.  This book was edited and compiled by me.
